Italian Pierogie Parmesan

  • 1-2 Dozen Italian Pieroguys Pierogies
  • 1 small bag of Mozzarella Cheese or Italian cheese of your liking
  • Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup of Olive Oil

Start boiling water for pierogies. No need to thaw out pierogies first. Meanwhile, fill saute pan with olive oil and start to warm. You don't want it too hot yet so wait to turn up the heat after pierogies are boiled and in pan. Just get the oil warmed up along with marinara sauce.

When the water is boiling drop in frozen pierogies and boil for 2-3 minutes. Drain and put into pan for saute. Now turn up the heat for oil and saute until your crispiness liking. When done sauteing put pierogies on a plate and cover with mozzarella cheese and hot marinara sauce. Serve hot and enjoy!
